Some of us spend so long planning and anticipating our getaways that we actually forget to enjoy them. To make the most of your time sailing Turkey, its seas and its coastline, follow these tips.
Sailing Turkey - Advice
Being prepared for any time difference, big or small, can mean that you can jump into your holiday head-first rather than struggling for the first few days. One way to combat this is by changing your routine prior to departure – going to bed earlier or getting up later can mean your body clock is already adjusted and ready for the adventure ahead.

Although we all dream of a deep golden tan, protecting your skin is a must, especially when you will be spending time on deck under the beautiful Turkish sun. Plenty of sun cream is a must, as you don’t want to spend your dream holiday treating sun burn.

The temptation to eat and drink to excess when on holiday is a difficult one to resist, and to some extent, the chance to try new things should be embraced. Eating healthily in the build-up to your departure date should allow you to indulge food-wise, but when it comes to drink taking it easy is definitely advised: no one wants to spend most of their all-important holiday with a hangover.

If you are to really enjoy your trip away, above all you must relax. Use the time to escape from the stresses of day-to-day life, take everything in and create long-lasting memories.
