It’s starting to get hot in London… we need someone who is thirsty! 🥤Thirsty to learn, thirsty to grow and keen to get behind some phones and emails. It’ll be your job to make our guests feel like the valued guests that they are through your savvy communication, customer service, and sales skills. 🌟

We have over 5,000 annual guests and lots of lovely return guests too! We need someone who can clearly and effectively connect with and help them out, so you’ll be a master at maintaining excellent relationships and share our value for ensuring the best customer experiences are provided. 👫
You love tapping out a good email, chatting on the phone and are a fabulous communicator. Writing emails is second nature to you… as if it were like riding a bike. If you’ve got a graduate degree showing off your excellent written and verbal communication skills 🎓 – we’d love to see that too!
You’re pretty good at juggling
We’ve got some pretty mad juggling skills in our London office 🤹 – so you’ll need to be a bit of a clown to fit in. We’ll have you juggling multiple channels and brand services simultaneously. You’ll want to be good with prioritising and managing multiple projects, while still maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
There are no commitment issues around here – we’re looking for a stable relationship so you’ll be looking to enter a career long term and be eligible to work in the UK for at least 18 months.
