Visit one of the most famous vineyards at Stari Grad on Hvar island. Wander the Stari Grad Plain, a UNESCO site, and discover a cultural landscape that has remained practically intact since it was first colonised by Ionian Greeks from Paros in the 4th century BC.

Watch the sunset over the lavender fields as you sample four of their specialty wines and enjoy an epic local feast. Your hosts will also show you how lavender oil is made and allow you to sample a variety of homemade olive oils. Top the experience off with a traditional BBQ or Peka along with the delicious wines you've sampled.
