Guest Booking Role for MedSailors

As part of the MedSailors Guest Booking Team, you’ll be right at the heart of our trips, long before guests step on board, while also a part of their journey during and after the trip.

Your role will include:

• Helping travellers choose the right MedSailors trip for them
• Answering questions via email and phone with clarity and personality
• Supporting guests from first enquiry to final booking and beyond
• Making people feel confident, excited, and looked after
• Working closely with a fun, supportive team that genuinely cares about the guest experience
• Other tasks for the customer journey and relations of MedSailors and possibly affiliated brands

You won’t be reading from scripts. You’ll be having real conversations with real people planning something they’re excited about.
